As a gymnast in her youth, Breanne has always had a passion for fitness. Group fitness classes kept her active through high school but it wasn’t until college that she fell in love with weight training. Breanne made a career as a marketing manager after graduating college, but living a healthy, active lifestyle remained her true passion. In 2014 Breanne met Joel at a Golds Gym in Southern California. Their first few dates were weight training sessions where they bonded over their love of fitness. Now married, Joel and Breanne share the same dream to help each other and those around them achieve their fitness goals while living a fun, balanced life.
