Michelle Steinke-Baumgard & Keith Baumgard
Michelle Steinke-Baumgard is an author for HarperCollins, speaker, fitness coach, mother and a re-married widow. After losing her husband Mitch in 2009, she turned to exercise as an outlet for grief and a way to handle stress. Michelle found it so powerful that she eventually quit her corporate VP job to become a fitness coach. Since then Michelle has been featured in Fitness Magazine, Shape Magazine, contributed to articles for Prevention Magazine, The Huffington Post, and countless other media outlets. 

Keith Baumgard is the Co-Founder of My1FitLife, and Live the List Nonprofit. Fitness has been a life-long passion of his, starting from a young age. Keith’s degree is in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine allowing him to extensively learn and study the anatomy and physiology of the body, specifically the muscular system. Having a background in this allows him to continually develop unique and effective exercise programs. He started his career as a personal trainer right out of college and continue to work with clients still today. In 2004 he lost his best friend in a plane crash and realized how important exercise and fitness is in helping with the grieving process. His greatest reward is seeing others achieve their goals and live up to their full potential. 

Brooke Burke

Mother of four, Brooke Burke is living proof that a fit, toned body can be had by any woman, at any age when you know the practice of a wellness lifestyle. Brooke is the creator of the Brooke Burke Body Fitness App, has been a fitness instructor for more than five years and has graced the cover of every major fitness magazine. Christine Bullock

Christine Bullock has been teaching fitness and working in the beauty business around the world for over two decades. Christine is the creator of Evolution 20®, a 60-day fitness and nutritional program, Super Shred, and Body Reborn Post-Natal DVD Series. In addition to her Evolution20® Program Christine has developed the 30X30 Total Transformation program for Mindvalley as well as 10 Minute Solutions: Butt Lift which was rated one of the top Pilates DVDS for 2013 by Pilates Style Magazine and she was voted the hottest trainer in Los Angeles by Racked LA.Additionally, Christine used her background in total health to co-create the award-winning body care brand, KAYO Better Body Care. Devon Combs, “The Horse Listener and the Cowgirl of the Wellness Industry” and Founder of Beyond the Arena, has taught over a thousand women how to live unbridled lives by connecting to their intuition through working with horses.

Utilizing the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method, Devon assists women who are searching for healing unresolved issues and creating fulfilling futures.
A lifelong horsewoman with a charismatic and down-to-earth attitude, Devon experienced the healing power of horses firsthand. Dominic Gaziano, M.D is a practicing adult primary care physician and director of the Body and Mind Medical Center in Chicago. He was the director of the integrative medicine department at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital, overseeing programs integrating both western and eastern health practitioners. At my core I am a mentor. I have always believed that living authentically, mindfully and with kindness is the true key to lasting prosperity. Kimberly Seltzer

My name is Kimberly Seltzer and I am an image expert, dating coach and matchmaker. I draw upon my experience as a therapist by using a true inside-out approach to my practice.The reason I am so passionate about what I do is that I not only have the professional experience, but I’ve also gone through a personal journey of my own. I really understand how empowering a transformation can be. After practicing as a therapist for over 10 years, I moved to California with my now ex-husband and young children and was blind-sided with divorce. I was forced to suddenly make a lot of changes internally, externally and professionally.After losing a lot of pregnancy weight, I got a new colorful wardrobe with better-fitting clothes and started feeling better about myself. As my confidence grew, I started attracting more people (men included) and opportunities. I decided to focus my career on helping others with the same painful issues I had gone through and encourage their own personal transformation.

Sophie Uliano

Sophie Uliano is New York Times best-selling author of Gorgeously Green, and has written 3 additional books on healthy living. She was featured on Oprah’s Earth Day show, where she taught Julia Roberts and Oprah her everyday gorgeously green tips.  Sophie created an accessible doorway for the average person to walk through to life a more holistic way of life. She took green out of the yurt and into the real world. Good Housekeeping dubbed Sophie, “A Mary Poppins for the new Millennium”.

Ilana Muhlstein, M.S., R.D. is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Beverly Hills, California and mother of two. Ilana is not only a nutrition expert, but she, herself has lost 100 pounds and kept it off.
