Wellness & Spa

The new 22,000 square foot spa is designed to take you back to the origin of SPA –  Salus Per Aquam (Health through Water) by offering a choice of hydrotherapy immersions that include a tepidarium, hot/cold walking pool, cold plunge shower and saunarium. The ritual of “taking the waters” is intrinsic to the traditions of spa along with alternating hot and cold exposure. A pre and post ritual to ground the body for the healing therapies.

Day 1

Afternoon

Arrivals Check in and explore the stunning grounds at Civana

Evening

Meet and Greet Dinner with Ilana. Ask Ilana for suggestions ordering off the menu and making smart swaps. Get her best tips on easy tweaks you can make throughout the meal to save on calories while maximizing flavor and enjoyment. Dinner Discussion: Share where you are from, and your biggest goals and intentions for the weekend, so Ilana and the group can ensure you crush them!

Day 2

Morning

Breakfast on own (not included)

Start your day with Ilana during with an optional hiking with Ilana Hour long Power Stretch class led by Ilana. A master blend of strength, training, yoga and Pilates designed to make you long and lean. while actually feeling fun. Suitable for every level. Community Chat: power up your mindset, belief system, and inner dialogue and create a sustainable plan for future success.

Afternoon

Delicious brunch with Ilana Free/spa time Or scheduled 1 on 1 session with Ilana- your opportunity to share your personal struggles, obstacles, and questions so she can help you better personalize your plan.

Evening

Dinner with Ilana. Ask Ilana for recommendations on how to spice up or down your current favorite foods or try something new and exciting.

Day 3

Morning

Breakfast on own (not included)

Join Ilana for an optional horseback riding excursion- fees apply. Ilana will prepare an upbeat, motivational playlist of hits and 30 minute full body workout. Then you’ll pick which body part you want to focus on, and Ilana will lead you through you her best routines for each area. Community Chat: Motivation and Tools to Take home to ensure your continued weight loss. Ilana will help you make sure that you return to an environment set up for success.

Afternoon

Nourishing brunch with Ilana Free/spa time Or scheduled 1 on 1 session with Ilana – your opportunity to share your personal struggles, obstacles and questions so she can help you better personalize you plan.

Evening

Comforting dinner with Ilana Dinner Discussion: Sharing each others best takeaways from the weekend. Asking each other and Ilana advice for ensuring future accountability, motivation and support to ensure you feel more empowered, confident and comfortable with your future success and plan.

Day 4

Morning

Breakfast with Ilana to jumpstart the new, fresh week ahead. Invigorating workout before your checkout. Deeper stretches, and toning routine that’ll complete your weekend in a state of bliss. Sunrise send off session

Hotel Incidentals

A credit card must be presented at the time of check in for incidental charges (including spa treatments, additional excursions, alcohol, etc)

Deposit Policy

To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $750 per person is required. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat.

Flight Details

Please plan to fly in to Phoenix International Airport . The resort is 45 minutes from the airport and can be reached via rental car or Uber.  Ground transportation is not included in the retreat price.

Roommate Requests

If you desire a  roommate, please indicate this on your form upon sign up.  If we are unable to pair you with one, we will adjust your rate to Single Occupancy, and collect the difference one week prior to the event.

Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
